Great place to stay!

We stood about 5 days in the hostel last summer and we absolutely enjoyed it. It is a nice place with nice and kind people, even the dog of the owner likes one ;-) It was great to learn a little bit about the romanian culture!
The hostel itself was clean and nice, a good place to stay and feel safe in the sometimes dangerous city (at least it seemed like this, with gypsies, dogs etc.). There was a big kitchen where we were able to cook our meals. Also a TV with romanian channels was installed (thanks to romanian TV we were able to watch the NBA finals).
The hostel is hidden behind a big door, hard to find, but if you find it it is easy to come back. Thats the only negative part of this hostel: it is very hard to find. Even if you ask taxi drivers or other locals, most of them dont know. We were lucky by having a cool taxi driver with navigation. On daytime it is no problem to find your way back to the hostel, the next metro station is just 5 mins away.
Also a 24/7 market is placed near the hostel, which is good to buy beer if you need some new.
All in all it was a great stay, i hope that the hostel i still running and that it is going to run over plenty years!

Draga Hostel Miramont,
In urma team-buildingului pe care l-am facut la tine seara trecuta vreau sa spun doar ca a fost superrrrr....si de-abia astept sa repet experienta :)
Recomand cu cladura Hostel Miramont...

Am dormit in camera dubla . Lenjerie curata. patul =confortabil(nu am avut dureri de spate cum mi se intampla deseori la alte hoteluri).
